英國有什麼?

終於輪到波恩來分享精簡版[台英香港結婚登記]的SOP了!

感謝網路社群與前輩們的力量，讓這條路走起來比較有方向感~

我將事前流程分為以下五項，再針對過程中我發現需要注意的事項加以說明

(其他的歷險過程將來有機會再分享囉!)

一、發送email索取表單 

• 註: 電子信箱: enquiry@immd.gov.hk
• 參考網址: http://www.immd.gov.hk/hkt/marriage/Registration_of_a_Marriage.html#b&secondTab

二、取得表單並填寫 (參考下圖)

• 註1: 表單名稱: 1.擬結婚通知書(Notice of Intended Marriage)、2.婚姻登記所需資料(Information Required for Registration of Marriage)
• 註2: 表單共16頁(我收到的pdf檔總頁數)，第五頁以後是否填寫繳交視個人情況而異。(波恩只寄前五頁)

三、簽名認證

• 註1: 上述表單1第一頁最下方簽名欄(如下圖)需經過第三方認證，可找地方法院或民間公證人皆可。
• 註2: 需攜帶結婚雙方之身份證明(我帶的是詹姆士的護照影本)；但只要結婚雙方某一方簽名即可，費用為NT$750。(波恩找的是台中民間公證人陳曼里事務所)
• 註3: 表格填寫時務必小心，不可使用立可白也不能有塗寫痕跡。(波恩有使用立可白塗改，公證人很細心發現了，現場馬上印新的重寫)

四、購買港幣匯票

• 註1: 匯票金額: HK$305
• 註2: 購買地點: 波恩是在上海銀行辦理(當日手續費郵電費是NT$250, 共給櫃檯NT$1443, 當天匯率是3.912)

五、郵寄資料

• 寄件內容: 擬結婚通知書及婚姻登記所需資料(也就是收到的那份表單)、港幣305匯票、結婚雙方之護照影本(波恩也附上台胞證影本)
• 郵寄地址: 香港金鐘道66號政府合署低座3樓 婚姻登記事務及記錄辦事處

          (The Marriage Registration and Records Office. 3F Low Block, Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway, Hong Kong)

• 郵寄類別與金額: 空郵掛號；台幣70元

*結語:

波恩於7月4日寄出表單索取email後，7月6日收到香港方的回信與表格附件(回信中完善介紹整個結婚流程，落落長，請各取所需慢慢閱讀)。

表單是與詹姆士(溫ㄤ)一同透過email與skype填寫確認無誤後於7月13日當天先到 1.事務所認證簽名後，再到 2.上海銀行購買匯票，最後再 3.到郵局整包寄出!

郵件寄出兩周後，香港方都無聲無息讓波恩感到緊張，於是於7月28日寫信(enquiry@immd.gov.hk)跟他們確認是否已收到我寄出的包裹。

香港方也有效率地於同日回信說收到了，並且請我耐心等待通知。最後，我在8月7號收到了來自一位婚姻登記官的確認信並且得到一組序號；

9月1日再度收到同一位婚姻登記官的結婚行程與地點通知(收到了這封表示可以準備訂機票跟飯店囉~灑花XD)

P.S. 表單中，波恩預定的結婚登記日是十月中旬；地點在距離台北文化經濟處近的紅棉路婚姻登記處 (方便在儀式後奔去做證書認證阿~)...反正一切都跟我們填的內容一致，讚啦!

Thank you for all the friends on the Internet who shared all the useful information here.

It's time for me to tell my own experience now. Hopefully it will give people who are planning to get married in Hong Hong some clues.

------- Start from here---------

I would like to devide the process into 5 steps:

• FIRST: Giving notice to HK marriage office by sending an email

Email address: enquiry@immd.gov.hk

When the marriage office has received your email, they will reply you and meanwhile they will send you two documents to fill.

• SECOND: filling up 2 forms: Notice of Intended Marriage & Information Required for Registration of Marriage.

There are 16 pages in total when I got it. Personally, I've only filled in the first 5 pages. You might have to fill in those forms according to your own situation.

• THIRD: Get your signature authorised

One of the marry party will have to authorise the signature on the bottom of "Notice of Intended Marriage" form. 

If you plan to do it in Taiwan, there are 2 ways to do so: go to the district court OR a notary public. You will be charged NTD750 for this service.

What they do is just simply watching at you when you are signing for the paper and giving it a stamp when you finish it. Nothing too difficult.

You have to bring both of your ID (copy of passports). Make sure you don't make any mistakes when filling up the forms. It possibly won't be accepted if there's stains.

• FOURTH: GET HKD305 (hong kong dollar) bill of exchange

I bought mine at The Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank.

• FIFTH: POST all the documents required to HK

You will need to post

1. Notice of Intended Marriage & 2. Information Required for Registration of Marriage

3. The marry party's copy of Passports (I also posted my"  Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents" )

4. HKD305 bill of exchange

to the marriage office at:

* I gave my notice to the marriage office on 4th of July, and got the forms and marriage instructions on the 6th.

After I posted all the documents required, I was informed on the 1st Sep that my wedding room was reserved.
